Membership Application & Responsibility Statement -

Budget Billing - If your electric usage varies from month
to month and you would like to equalize your payments based on
past history, call about the Budget Billing Plan.
Third Party Notification - If you or someone you know
are concerned about overlooking a bill and risk having
your service disconnected, Third Party Notification may help.
You authorize us to send a duplicate notice of delinquency to
a third party who may be able to make payment arrangements for
you. You may print out a copy of the
Third Party Notification Form ( 54 KB)
and fill it out by hand, or fill it out online and then print
it out. Mail it to our office (the address is listed at the
top of the form).
Virginia Fuel Assistance Program - PGEC participates in
this program in cooperation with local Department of Social
Services offices who take applications for assistance for winter
heating costs and forward them to the state DSS office for
payment.
Visa/MasterCard/Discover Bill Payment - Monthly bills can
be paid using these cards by phone or AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD
PAYMENT. Complete an application to have your monthly bill
paid by your credit card each month. You may print out,
fill in, and fax us this

Automatic Bank Draft - Monthly bill payments can be
automatically drafted from your checking or savings account.

Gift Certificates - For electric usage or subscription
to Cooperative Living - housewarming, wedding, retirement,
relocation.
Security Lighting - Low monthly cost. PGEC maintains
the light.
Round Up for Education -
Your monthly bill is rounded
up to the next whole dollar. The difference in change is
then donated to the local teachers at the school of your
choice to buy supplies or equipment. Our
