President & CEO
Yellepeddi joined PGEC in September 2019 as VP of information technology, and was promoted to COO and SVP of IT in June 2020. Previously, Yellepeddi had been with SEDC in Atlanta, Georgia for more than ten years. He started at SEDC as VP of IT development in 2007 and became chief technology officer in 2015, which was his most recent position before coming to work for the co-op. Prior to his career with SEDC, Yellepeddi worked as a project manager at Allstate Insurance for seven years. He earned his M.S. in mechanical engineering and Executive M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University in 1999 and 2003, respectively, and is Microsoft certified.
CFO & Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
Hall joined PGEC in May 2007 as manager of corporate services. He was promoted to CFO in November 2014, and has served as SVP of regulatory affairs since June 2020. Hall is also VP of PGEC Enterprises LLC, the fiber-to-the-home broadband service RURALBAND, which is a position he's held since 2016. Prior to joining the co-op in 2007, Hall was with Dominion Energy for nine years. First hired by VEPCO (now Dominion) as an accountant in 1999, he was soon promoted to manager of accounting in the fall of 2001 and retained that role until coming to work for PGEC. He graduated from Longwood University in 1992 with a B.S. in business administration and accounting, and passed the Virginia CPA exam in 1999.
Vice President of Engineering & Operations
Chappell joined PGEC in November 2001 as its Design Engineer. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2004. In August 2023, he was promoted to his current position as the VP of Engineering and Operations.
