Manage your account from anywhere with SmartHub

The upcoming holiday season is a time where many are traveling to visit family or shop. This holiday season, Prince George Electric Cooperative wants to encourage members to allow the SmartHub app to help them manage their account no matter where they are.

With the SmartHub app, members can set notifications, view billing and payment history, compare usage, and schedule and make payments all at their fingertips. 


Members who will spend the holidays away from their homes can especially benefit from using SmartHub.  It’s a convenient way to monitor electric usage and catch any changes that could indicate a problem.  For example, a spike in usage unrelated to weather may be caused by a malfunctioning pump or water leak. 


The mobile app can be downloaded and installed on your mobile phone or tablet via your devices’ app store (Apple Sore or GooglePlay).
